How your information is handled
Last updated October 27, 2026
This notice covers behrensit.com, the website of BIT (Behrens Integrated Technologies). The site has a contact form, but no accounts and no tracking.
The contact form
The form asks for your name, email address, and a description of your project; your business name, current website, and project type are optional. When you send it, Cloudflare Email Sending delivers it as an email to matt@behrensit.com, a mailbox hosted by Google Workspace, with your address set as the one to reply to.
I use what you send to reply and to discuss a possible project. You can also email matt@behrensit.com directly instead.
Spam check
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it isn’t being sent by an automated bot. Turnstile processes technical signals, such as your IP address and browser details, only for that purpose. Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum explains what it collects.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, on the site’s behalf. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains how Cloudflare handles that information.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and its pages set no cookies. Apart from the spam check on the contact form, everything it loads comes from the site itself, with no other third-party scripts, fonts, or embeds.
If Cloudflare needs to check that a visitor isn’t an automated bot, it may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
Questions
Questions about your information, including requests to delete your messages, can go to matt@behrensit.com.
